Grand Prix Sepeda Motor musim 2009 adalah musim Kejuaraan Dunia F.I.M. Balap Jalanan ke-61. Musim ini terdiri dari 17 balapan untuk kelas MotoGP dan 16 balapan untuk kelas 125cc dan 250cc, dimulai dengan Grand Prix Sepeda Motor Qatar pada 12 April 2009 dan diakhiri dengan Grand Prix Sepeda Motor Valencia pada tanggal 8 November.
